REGULATION AMENDING THE REGULATION ON HAIR TRANSPLANTATION UNITS
ARTICLE 1- The phrase “non-physician” in subparagraph (ç) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Regulation on Hair Transplantation Units published in the Official Gazette dated 6/5/2023 and numbered 32182 has been repealed and subparagraphs (e) and (f) have been amended as follows
"e) Health professional: Nurse, health officer (community health), community health technician, emergency medicine technician or technician, anesthesia technician or technician,
f) Application: The application consisting of the anesthesia stages of hair transplantation, collection of hair follicles, opening the canal and placing the hair follicles in the canals,"
ARTICLE 2- The phrase “a semi-sterile area” in subparagraph (c) of the fifth paragraph of Article 6 of the same Regulation has been repealed and subparagraph (ç) has been amended as follows.
“ç) The walls, ceilings and floors of the application room must be easy to clean and disinfect, appropriate ventilation conditions must be provided, and the lighting system in the rooms must be arranged to provide adequate lighting.”
